Mitchell and I go way back. He introduced me to a lot of music along the way, and I'm deeply indebted to him for all his help and inspiration. He is truly the best musician I have ever met, and he's always somewhere in my head when I'm playing, scrutinizing my every note.

Dexter and I have been delving quite a bit into the choro world. He's done some great work with some Brazilian musicians in this genre - and he's recorded two very nice discs with them in Brazil.

Henrique is a force of nature on the drums. He also writes great tunes - soaring melodies and rich chords. He's one of the greats and I've been lucky enough to play and record with him.

Bijoux is the local heavy-weight champion on both acoustic and electric bass. We are on a bunch of the same cds, including both of mine. He is also one funny mofo.

Rene Marie is probably the best working jazz singer out there right now. She lives in Colorado but she's kind of an international star, you know, gigs in places where you need passports and stuff (we didn't have to load in through the kitchen when we played with her).
Henricksen amps
Bud Henricksen has made the best amp in the world for the jazz guitar. I bring mine to every gig.
Ginga
This is a band I'm in - we do all our favorite music from Brazil. I love this gig!
The Yoga Workshop
The Yoga Workshop is where I have been practicing yoga for the last 12 years. This is Richard Freeman's studio; he's the real deal.
